Born and raised in Coulterville, Mr. Canova was a son of Mrs. Norma Canova, of that town. His body was moved yesterday by Terzich and Wilson to the Tiscornia and Ivers Chapel in Mariposa, where funeral services will be held later this week.

In July 1936, he married Bertha Ada Negley, who survived him.
Besides his wife, he was survived by his daughter, Phyllis, and a grandson, William Andrew Bresso.
