Anna M. Hoida, age 93, of 2520 45th St., Two Rivers, died early Saturday morning, June 3, 2000 at the Wisteria Haus, Two Rivers.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2000, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. William O'Brien with entombment to follow at Knollwood Masoleum, town of Kossuth.

She was born June 30, 1906 in Mishicot, the daughter of the late Henry and Anna Zahorik Voelker. Anna resided in Mishicot until age 2 when she moved with her family to a farm in the Coleman area. As a young woman she moved to the Manitowoc area where she was employed at the Aluminum Company until her marriage. On May 14, 1929, she married John Hoida at Sacred Heart Church in Spruce, Wis. He preceded her in death on March 29, 1994.

Survivors include two daughters, Laverne and Mike Deprey, Two Rivers and Arlene and Tom Costello, Fond du Lac; Five grandchildren, Pat and Julie Deprey, Green Bay, Tim Deprey, Minneapolis, Amy and David Zander, Two Rivers, Mary Costello and Chad Wright, Menomonee Falls, Wis., Daniel Costello, Minneapolis; Six great-grandchildren, Katie, Elizabeth and Anna Deprey, Tim and Dustin Zander and Erin Wright. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Charles, Melvin, Henry, Pat and Roy and one sister, Dorothy Poirier.

The family will greet relatives and friends at Holy Redemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. There will be no Monday evening visitation.

The Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
