A native of Webster County, she was a retired plastic factory employee.
She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her husband, Harold M. Woodring in 1991.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Mary A. Woodring of Providence; one sister, Virginia Clark of Dixon; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:00 from Townsend-Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Berry Cullen officiating. Burial was in Green Grove Cemetery, Providence.
