She was born in La Habra in 1920, graduated from San Diego State University, traveled with her husband in the Air Force, and lived in the City of Whittier at the time of her passing.
Her husband, Kenneth, predeceased her in death in 2003. She is survived by her son, Kenneth (Patty), daughter, Vicki, grandson, Daniel, and granddaughter, Amanda (Matt).
Evelyn was a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed reading, traveling, eating out, and collecting.
Interment will be in Rose Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, Whittier, CA.
