Passenger booked in cabin 210.
Age, 43
Lived at the St. George Hotel, Brooklyn, N.Y.
She was unmarried at the time of her death.
Shared shared a cabin with milliner Eva Fisk.
On the night of the fire, they awoke early but discovered that their two berth cabin had only one life jacket in it. Miss Spector told Miss Fisk to take it, and she would find another. But, she never did and the two women eventually went overboard clinging to one another.
A furious Eva Fisk related how Francis Spector quickly weakened from exertion and the cold water. A Morro Castle lifeboat appeared out of the storm, and rowed past them at close range. Men made eye contact with the two women, but the boat did not stop. Shortly thereafter, Francis Spector died.
