Alicia D. Riggs, 25, of Pennsboro, W.Va., departed this life Nov. 28, 2008, in Parkersburg following an extended illness.
Alicia was born March 15, 1983, in Parkersburg, the daughter of Thomas D. "Tom" and Felicia L. Adams Riggs of Pennsboro, W.Va. She was a member of the Pennsboro Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by children, Isaiah and Gabriel Guess, both of the grandparents' home in Pennsboro; and a brother, Tommy Riggs of West Union, W.Va.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro, with Evangelist Terry Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Harmony Masonic Cemetery, Pennsboro.
