Shirley (Linder) Marvin Cooper, of Walterboro, entered into her state of eternal rest to be reunited with her dear son Mark and husband Donald January 11, 2010.
Born December 22, 1933 in Colleton County, she was a daughter of the late Lewis M. Linder and Maggie Beach Linder.
She was a retired secretary from the South Carolina Highway Department and was a lifelong member of Mount Carmel United Methodist Church.
Shirley was the widow of the late Donald R. Cooper and surviving are: her sisters, Margaret L. Symynkywicz of Woonsocket, RI and Harriett L. Craven of Walterboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her only child, son Mark L. Marvin, in 1985; and three sisters, Marion L. Deloach, Lennis L. Ulmer and Lois L. Mertins.
