Funeral services for Paul J. Rainey, 63, of Wheelock will be held Friday at 4 p.m. in the Hillier Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Roy Drewett officiating. Burial will follow in New Church Cemetery near Edge.
Mr. Rainey died Wednesday in Bryan. He was born May 16, 1912 in Groveton and had lived in Brazos County for almost a year.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Alice Rainey of Bryan; one son, Geo? Rainey of Ashville, N.c.; one daughter, Mrs. Margie Bowden of Humble, Mrs. Edna Corgey of Pleasanton, and Mrs. Ona Robins of Mt. Vernon, Ill. and six grandchildren.
