Ralph L. Chiappetta, 69, of West Chester, passed away on Dec. 12, 2007.
He was the beloved husband of Elaine (nee DeRosa), with whom he shared 29 years of marriage.
He was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, to Rose (nee Gentile) and the late Sam Chiappetta.
Ralph graduated with a degree in civil engineering from Michigan Tech. He went on to work in industrial construction management and later, more specifically, in wireless communications.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children: Mark, Shari, Cynthia, Susan, Edward and Steven; and siblings, John, Michael, Elizabeth and Kathryn; as well as 14 grandchildren.
Ralph will be fondly remembered for his quiet, kind and gentle spirit.
Relatives and friends are invited to share in Ralph's life celebration funeral Mass on Tuesday, Dec. 18, at 11 a.m. at Ss. Peter and Paul Church, 1325 Boot Road, West Chester.
Friends and family may call in church from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ralph's name to Ss. Peter and Paul Church at the address above.
