Mrs. Green moved to Young County in 1905 and lived here until moving to Lawton, Oklahoma in 1932. She moved to Throckmorton nursing home six weeks before her death.
Mrs. Green, mother of a son killed in World War II had been Oklahoma Sate president of Gold Star mothers.
She was a retired beauty operator and member of Lawton First Christian Church.
Survived by one son - V.N. Woolfolk; one daughter -Mrs. Curtis Richardson; two sisters - Mrs. Ione Bonds and Mrs. Jordan; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
