Okey D. Vandruff, 79, of New Martinsville, formerly of Smithfield, died Monday, March 4, 1991, in the New Martinsville Health Care Center. He was a retired timber worker and a member of the Smithfield Pentacostal Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Perry and Margaret Fry Vandruff.
