Her Last Will and Testament was recorded in Book D, page 58 of the Spartanburg District, SC Will Books, Box 36 Package 21, on the 18th December 1843. Signed by MARY CLAYTON (seal). Witness WILLIS W. DICKIE. E. W. MYRPHY and SAMUEL BRICE, thier marks.
She mentions her grand-daughter, HARRIET AMANDA CASEY. She also memtions her grand-son, ALBERT CASEY. Also mentioned are CYNTHIA ROSANNAH CLAYTON, daughter of her son WILLIAM CLAYTON. Others mentioned are grandchildren NANCY WALLACE and BENJAMIN B. WALLACE.
