House wife / Mid-wife / Registered Nurse, of the Brethren Community at Silver Creek, she was the wife of Deacon Daniel Zellers, born in Washington Co., MD. she had numerous brothers and sisters, after her marriage at "Baker's Lookout" in 1843 she migrated with her husband and young daughter Elizabeth, and three children of her husband's late sister Mary (Zeller) Moats to Ogle Co., IL. leaving in April 1844, arriving in August 1844. She had nine children with Mr. Zellers, two who died very young. She was known as "Aunt Mary" to all that knew her. She passed away in 1896 due to a life long heart condition.
