Mrs. Carrie L. Breeden, 80, of 837 E. Main St., died today at 4:31 a.m. in Cottage Hospital. The former Carrie Baker was born March 27, 1899, in Winchester, Mo., and married Orville W. Breeden on March 9, 1921, in Kahoka, Mo. He died in April 1969. Surviving are three sons, James J. of East Galesburg, Donald R. of Knoxville, and Robert W. of Galesburg; two daughters, Mrs. Anna M. Rockhold, Galesburg, Miss LaVeta Breeden, Keosauqua, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Clark, Monticello, Mo., and Mrs. Betsy Clark, Canton, Mo.; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Breeden was a member of the Farnham Street Wesleyan Church. Funeral service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Garden.
