EUNICE--------- Funeral services for Caffery LeJeune, 86, were held at 1 p.m. today, May 2 at St Thomas More Catholic Church. Burial was held in Mount Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin's Funeral Home.

A rosary recited by the CatholicDaughters of the Americas , was recited at 9 a.m. today in the funeral home chapel. A rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Monday May 1 in the funeral home chapel. Visiting house were held from 6-10 p.m. Monday, and from7 a.m. today time of services.

Mr. LeJeune died at 10:34 a.m. Monday, May 1, 1995, at Savoy Medical Center in Mamou. A native of the Tepetate/ Iota/ Basile area, he was a life long resident of Eunice. He was a retired store owner and a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church and the Knights of Columcus Council No. 1745.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Leontine Caswell LeJeune; one son, Kenneth LeJeune of Eunice ; one daughter, Mrs. Walter ( Norma Jane LeJeune) Breaux of Lafayette; two brothers, Kermit LeJeune of Tepetate/ Basile and Bryan LeJeune of Jennings; three sisters, Mrs. Effie LeJeune Klumpp and Mrs. Ivy LeJeune Bergeaux of both of Basile ( T- Mamou) and Della LeJeune Bergeron of Tepetate/ Basile; eight grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren .
