Victoria -- Blanche Windholz, 75, Victoria, died Monday, March 2, 1992, at the Hays Medical Center. Mrs. Windholz was born Blanche Weber on Oct. 10, 1916, at Victoria and was a lifelong resident of the area.

She was a resident of St. John's Rest Home, Victoria, since 1973. She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria, and Daughters of Isabella. Her husband, Otto, died in 1965.

Survivors include two sons, Virgil of Ness City and Otto Jr. of Houston; three daughters, Charlotte Blake of Augusta, Carolyn Pfannenstiel of Hutchinson and Louise Schmidtberger of Victoria; two sisters, Alma Billinger of Victoria and Mathilda Bollig of New Almelo; 18 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria, the Rev. Gregory Beyer officiating. Burial will be in 1 the church cemetery. A vigil service will be at 7:30 p.m. today, followed by a Daughters of Isabella rosary at 8 p.m., at the Cline's Mortuary of Victoria.

Memorials may be made to St. John's Rest Home. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and after 8 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
