Albina L. Ingermanson, 91, of Salina, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021. She was born February 16, 1930 in St. Peter to John J. and Katherine (Rohleader) Billinger.

Albina was united in marriage to Clayton Andrew Ingermanson on February 28, 1949. They loved to dance polka and travel the country together. Albina was a devoted mother and grandmother, never missing an event that her family participated in. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She had a strong work ethic and never let anything stop her. She enjoyed teaching her grandchildren how to speak German and always kept her family dear to her heart.

Left to mourn her passing are her children, Terence Ingermanson (Linda), of Solomon, Daryl Ingermanson (Carol), of McPherson, Mark Ingermanson (Cheryl), and Gale Burger (Paul), all of Salina; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister, Lorinda Wilvers, of Phoenix, AZ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton; parents; siblings; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 21, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, with Fr. Keith Weber as celebrant. Inurnment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church or Dignity Care Home, in care of Ryan Mortuary.
