She was the daughter of Daniel Harrison and Lydia Canfield. She may have been born in 1802 rather than 1803, but the age of 79 on her grave marker would agree with the 1803. She married Thomas Mayhew Woodruff on 6 March 1825 in New York, New York. She immigrated to Washington state with her son-in-law and daughter, Charles and Jessie Woodruff Adams, in 1874. She died in the town of White River in Washington state.
