Frank Burton, 78, died near Dixon, Tuesday with death being attributed to infirmities caused by advanced age. Born in Crittenden County, he resided here until about four years ago when he removed to Webster County. His retirement was caused by ill and failing health. At one time he was one of the most prominent farmers in the county.

Survivors are four daughters: Miss Edith, R.N, Oakland Calif,; Mrs. Ina Thurman, Island, Ky.; Mrs. Roger Marvell, Hobart, Ind.; and Mrs. Earnest Ordway, Pinkneyville, Ky.
