"Harry" Maguire was an entrepreneur long before that term was in common use. Early in life Harry joined with his brothers Henry and James to make sails in Baltimore and during the Spanish American War they made tents for the army. However,most of his life was spent in the Madison area farming. Married twice, he was the father of 9 children. The son of Uriah and Louisa Banks Maguire, Harry had a very colorful life.
