Andrew A. Kohr, 56, of 513 Terrance Drive, New Cumberland, died Monday at Harrisburg Hospital.

He was employed by the United Engineers & Constructors, Inc. A veteran of World War II serving in the army, he was a member of American Legion Post 974 of New Cumberland.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth L. Kohr; one son, Andrew Kohr; four daughters, Mrs. Alice M. Ortenzi of Hershey; Mrs. Andrea G. Harris of Hummelstown, Mrs. Judy K. Harbin of Penbrook and Miss Rose M. Kohr, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Grace Moore of Cincinnati, Ohio; Mrs Lillian Miller of McKeesport, Mrs. Mary Dane of Cleona and Mrs. Katherine Miller of Paxtonia; five brothers, Daniel of New Cumberland, Joseph of Georgia, Samuel of Enola RD 1, Jay W. of Harrisburg and Edward of Linglestown; and six grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home at 1334 N. Second St. with Rev. Henry S. Raab, pastor of the Second United Church of Christ of Harrisburg officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
