Isaac Earl Byrd, 58
Isaac Earl Byrd, 58, Columbus, died Thursday, Nov. 12 at 8:50 a.m. at St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove.
Survivors include his sons Robert A. Byrd of Columbus and Joseph W.C. Byrd of Germany; sister Pauline Hoover of Nashville; brothers Joseph T. (Ruby) Byrd of Brown County, William R. Byrd of Columbus and Alvy A. (Kay) Byrd of Texas; and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Diana J. Baker Byrd, and a son, Christopher Byrd.
A private service was conducted Tuesday, Nov. 17 with Virgil Clotfelter officiating. Burial was at Garland Brook Cemetery with military rites conducted by the Bartholomew County Veterans Color Guard.
Arrangements were by Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home.
