Victoria was the daughter of French immigrants Jacob Moungie and Barbara Marion. They settled in Portland in the West End of Louisville, Kentucky. On Christmas Eve, 1866, she married Rochester, New York, native and US Civil War veteran Augustine Willman and they had six children: Edward, Charles, William, Joseph, August and Emma. Victoria died of uremia at the age of 47.

Victoria is my 3rd great grandmother.
