Our "Little Man" was born March 17, 2008, in Hamilton County, Tennessee. He was predeceased just one month ago by his cousin Audrey Caroline Smith.
Our Little Lukey is survived by his big sister, Summer Renee Sponberg, 2, of Rocky Face who loved holding him, burping him, making him laugh, watching him in his swing, and swiping his paci; grandparents, Deryle and Vicki Sponberg of Washburn, Maine, Jim and Nancy Smith of Detroit, Mich.; great-grandparents, Eugene and Kathleen Brown of Washburn, Maine; Hazel Woodworth of Presque Isle, Maine; aunts and uncles, Angela and Scott Wardwell of Presque Isle, Maine, Shawn and Rob Lantz of Franklin, Tenn., Todd and Angie Smith of Nashville, Tenn., Jack and Molly Smith of Lincoln Park, Mich.; cousins Annelise and Liliana Wardwell, Chase, Jordyn and Jenna Lantz, Ellie, Abby and Kate Smith, Bella and Jackson Smith.
Services are Monday at 3 p.m. from Grove Level Baptist Church with Clayton Blackstone officiating.
Visitors are welcome at 2 p.m. Monday at Grove Level Baptist Church.
