Rev. Asa Adams was born Willink, now Boston, New York. Margaret (Lindsley) Adams was his 1st wife. Margaret died January 15, 1851. Mary (Raymond) Adams was his 2nd wife. They were married in 1851. Mary died September 14, 1900. Rev. Adams was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church: Genesee (now Western New York) Conference 1844 Discontinued 1845. In 1846 he was installed as pastor of the Presbyterian Church at Cohocton, New York - for five years.
