Kelsey Connor, 79, well known Perry Township farmer, died Monday, Jan. 10, 1949, at 2:05 a.m., at his home, Mt. Morris, R. D. 1, after a lingering illness.
A lifelong resident of Greene County, Mr. Connor was born April 19, 1870, in Perry Township, where he spent most of his life. He was a son of the late James I. and Lydia Lemley Connor. He was married April 7, 1898, to Ida Kiger, who survives with the following children: Harriett Pearl Connor, at home; Clarence I. Connor, Washington, R. D. 4; and Rev. Robert F. Connor, Fairchance. One daughter, Mrs. Grace Patterson, is deceased.
Mr. Connor was a member of the Shannon Run Methodist Church.
