Daughter of Major General Derosey Carroll Cabell Sr (USMA Class of 1884), and Martha Otis. Married to Lieutenant Edouard Victor Michel Izac, the only US Navy winner of the Medal of Honor in World War I. They had five children, of which one son, Forrest Rene Izac (born 26 May 1933; died 5 Jan 1953), is also buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
