Graveside services for Raymond Lovell, 84, of Eastlake,
will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Chapel at Whitehaven
Memorial Park, 615 SOM Center Road, in Mayfield Village.

Mr. Lovell died Aug. 19, 2003, at his residence.
Born May 28, 1919, in Pontypridd, Wales, he lived in
Cleveland before moving to Eastlake 52 years ago.
He enjoyed photography, belonging to several photography
clubs, making homemade bread and wine, vacationing
in Dubois, Pa., and he loved his cats.

Mr. Lovell worked as a machinist at the Clevite Company
in Euclid for 15 years, before retiring in 1981.
Survivors are his wife of 59 years, Rhea (Snyder);
children, Joan (Carl) Sanford of Mason,
Susan (Richard) Cianfaglione of Concord Township and
Daniel (Kathy) Lovell of Mentor;
grandchildren, Edward, Valerie, Stephen, Scott and Jim;
great-grandchildren, Brent, Matt, and Ryan;
sister, Jean (Cornelius) Vanryswick of Scottsdale, Ariz.;
and cousin, Elsie Sage of Willoughby.

His son, John Lovell; and sister, Phyllis Ballinger, are deceased.

Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Brunner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 8466 Mentor Ave., in Mentor. Burial will be in Whitehaven Memorial Park in Mayfield Village.

The family suggests contributions be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 5786 Heisley Road, Mentor 44060, or to the Alzheimer's Association, 12200 Fairhill Road, Cleveland 44120.
