DEATH OF MRS. BRIDGET CODY

Was Tuesday at Home of Daughter—Burial Will Be at Adair.

Mrs. Bridget Cody died at 5:25 o'clock Tuesday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Tommy White, northeast of Edina. She would have been 85 years old in March.

Funeral services will be held here at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning at St. Joseph Church and burial will be at Adair.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. White, at whose home death came, and Mrs. Joe Farley of Willmathsville, and two sons, Bernard Cody of Slayton, Minn., and Joe Cody of Edina, who works with a bridge crew for the Santa Fe railroad out of Joliet, Ill., and who came yesterday, and Bernard Cody, who is expected today.

Mrs. Cody was Miss Bridget Ludden and she was married to George W. Cody May 28, 1893, and to them seven children were born, the four living and three who are dead. Mr. Cody died April 8, 1930. A sister, Mrs. Hannah Eagen of Baring, and four brothers also survive. The brothers are James and William Ludden of Brashear, Frank Ludden of Kirksville and Joe Ludden of Des Moines.
