Green-Wood Cemetery
Section 15, Public Lot 17263, Grave #2395.
Public lot graves, measuring about 4 by 8 feet in area, have room for only one stone apiece, limiting the space for inscribed text. A typical public lot grave can accommodate about 5 adults—more if those interred are infants or have been cremated. Many public lot graves are unmarked, but there is a stone here. It appears to have been placed here long after the WILDSMITH burials.
