Green-Wood Cemetery
Section 164, Lot 31966.
This photo of the unmarked lot 31966 shows only a vacant plinth in the center background. It may once have supported a stone memorializing members of the SHIELDS family. It's position, however, makes it unclear whether it is actually on lot 31966, or on the lot behind it. The small stone in the right background is on a neighboring lot.
[NOTE: Burial list from online cemetery records, with burial dates, which may represent reburials after removal from previous graves. Asterisk indicate those buried without visible stone and/or legible inscription. This list may be incomplete.
