Anton Brozinsky, miner at Sangamon mine No. 2, suffered injuries to both legs yesterday morning when a large lump of coal fell at the mine. He is resting easily at St. John's hospital.

Anton Brazinsky of Springfield died Tuesday, March 9, 1926, at St. John's hospital of complications, aged 43 years. Survived by one son, Edward; one daughter, Annie.

The death of Anton Brazinsky resulted from pulmonary embolism which developed following an operation for injuries sustained when he was struck by a fall of coal in Sangamon Coal company mine No. 2, a coroner's jury, which yesterday investigated the case, reported. Brazinsky was injured March 5 and died Tuesday at St. John's hospital.

Funeral services will be held this morning at Kirlin & Egan's funeral home. Interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery.
