DIED - Samuel Wentworth, aged 85 years, 2 months, 10 days, died on December 7, 1900
at Loretto in Nebraska at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. W. Eatons.
Of his immediate family he leaves but one daughter and her family to mourn his loss.
His wife, one son, and two daughters preceding him in death. The whole community join in sympathy for the bereaved ones.
Father Wentworth, at the time of his conversion, joined the Freewill Baptist Church, of which he was a member for over 50 years.
In his last hours he did not forget the God he had served for so long, and died trusting him as he did in life ( for salvation).
