Funeral services wil be held Tuesday for I. Ray Bowers of 511 North Main Street, Punxsutawney, who died Saturday 13 July, 1974 at the Blose MCGregor Health Care Center here. He was 87 years of age.
Mr. Bowers, a well known business in the Punxs'y area was born 6 April 1887 in Winslow, a son of Harvey G. & Lily Mae Cessna Bowers and was married in September of 1925 to Frances Lund, who died 4 October, 1972.
Surviving are the following cousins, Misses Sarah and Edith Bowers, George C. Bowers, Mrs. Nellie Hause and Wayne Cessna.
