Jacksonville, March 30 - Albert W. Arenz, 81, resident of Jacksonville for fifty years, died at 3:35 o'clock this afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Ledford. Mr. Arenz was born at Arenzville and was a Civil war veteran. He was employed by the state in Springfield for fifteen years.

Decedent is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Ledford, Jacksonville, Mrs. William Kaden, Peoria, Mrs. H. M. Coleman, Palmyra, Mrs. Eleanor Hussey, Springfield; one son, John Arenz, Camden, N. J.; one sister, Mrs. Thomas Finney, Jacksonville.
