Served in the Army of Poland during the early days of WWII. He was captured and was sent to Auschwitz for a few long years.

Then, 1943 he was force marched to other German slave labor camps inside Germany.

Liberated by American forces in 1945 he was brought to the USA by his older brother, Karl.

A hero and a brave man.

His nephew Charles Francene Jarac, Find a Grave #59028778, is also buried in this cemetery.
