Ruth was born August 4, 1919, to Otto Ray and Esta Mae Perkins in Livingston. Ruth spent most of her life in Livingston. She married Edwin R DeYoung on April 8, 1939. Ruth passed away on April 21, 2007 in Big Timber, Montana.

She is survived by her six children; 3 sons and 3 daughters; one sister, Betty Haemig of Livingston; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ed; four sisters, Baby Girl Perkins; Dorothy Perkins, Thelma Briggs, Alma Lavergne; three brothers, Infant Babes Snavely; Dale Snavely; and two granddaughters, Brenda Blome and Wendy Vink.

At this time, there will be no services, as requested by Ruth, although graveside services and remembrance will be held at a later date.
