Mrs. Elsie Koger, 62, wife of Dewey Koger, 2620 W. 29th S., died this motning at Ball Hospital. Mrs. Koger had been in declining health for several years.
A native of Wayne County, Kentucky, Mrs. Koger came to Muncie about 1950 and was a member of Bethel United Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Betty Gunter, Mrs. Judy Barnes, and Mrs. Nina West, all of Muncie; a son, Dewey William Koger, at home; two sisters, Miss Maude Foust and Mrs. Marie Reese, both of Muncie; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bethel United Baptist Church with Rev. Israel Davis officiating. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
