Sept 30, 1937 - Jan 15, 2014 OKLAHOMA CITY Lois Christine (Crow) Drain was
welcomed into heaven on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, in Oklahoma City. Lois was
born September 30, 1937, in Oklahoma City, OK. She was preceded in death by
parents, Cris and Mary Staal; brother, Harold Staal; husband of 35 years, Jim
Crow; and son, James Crow Jr. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Jim
Drain; daughter, Phyllis Heinze; daughter-in-law, Clara Crow; stepdaughter,
Becky Wicker; stepson, Jimmy (Buddy) Drain; sister-in-law, Gale Hall;
brother-in-law, Rodney Kupiec; brother-in-law, Thomas Kupiec; sister-in-law,
Linda Staal; grandchildren, Stephanie and husband Terry Jones, Chris Heinze and
fiancee Carrie Tomes, Billy and wife Gina Whitaker, Gary and wife Lauren
Whitaker, Chad and wife Sabrina Wicker, Kelli Wicker, Jennifer and husband Mike
Baggerly, Jeff and wife Misty Drain, and Sheena Drain; great-grandchildren,
Tyler Armstrong, Emma Heinze, Rebecca Schmidt, Alexandra Jones, Jimmy Whitaker,
Carson Whitaker, Waylon Whitaker, Henry Whitaker, Dylan Gallagher, Chelsea
Harris, Courtney Lewis, Landon Wicker, and MaKayla Wicker; great-great-grandson,
Griffin James Goodnight; fostered great-grandson, Tobias Haase; and many other
family members and close friends. Lois graduated John Marshall High School in
Oklahoma City and was a tax accountant for over 25 years. She loved her family
and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time camping,
fishing, OU football and going to the Casino. Visitation for Lois will be on
Friday, January 17, 2014, at the Memorial Park Funeral Home from 9 a.m. to 8
p.m. Services will be Saturday, January 18, 2014, at 10 a.m. at Memorial Park
Historic Cemetery Chapel, followed by a committal service at Memorial Park
Cemetery.
