Mrs. Frances DeSpain, age seventy years, widow of Edward DeSpain, died late Friday night at the home of a son; Floyd DeSpain, near Hodgenville.
Also surviving are two other sons, Edward and Lucian DeSpain, of Howardstown; three daughters, Mrs. Rebecca Coats, of Minor, Montana; Mrs. Lillian Bell and Mrs. Edith Bell, both of Howardstown; six grandchildren; one brother, Virgil Brewer of Owensboro, KY., and a sister, Mrs. Esther Howell, of Shelbyville, KY.
Funeral services were held at two O'clock Monday afternoon in the chapel at Williams & Miller Funeral Home here with burial in Union Band Cemetery.
