Mrs. Tapscott was born in Indianapolis, IN. on February 24, 1921, the daughter of the late John and Esther Heckman Tynan. She married Edward A. Tapscott in Indianapolis, IN. on August 07, 1948 and he preceded her in death on December 01, 1995.
Mrs. Tapscott had worked in the accounting department at the L.S. Ayres Store in downtown Indianapolis. She was a member of the St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church.
The Funeral Mass will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at the St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church with Father Clem Davis officiating. Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday at the church.
