Rev. Otis Llewellyn Tubbs was the son of Erwin George and Minnie Ellen (Dillenbeck) Tubbs. He was the husband of Helma (Carlson) Tubbs. He was a Local Preacher/Supply Pastor in the Genesee (now Western New York) Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He served Turtlepoint, McKean Co., Olean District, Pennsylvania 1914-1916, 1919 - Norwich and Betula, McKean Co., Olean Dist., Pennsylvania 1917-1918.
