THE DAILY BULLETIN, Martinsville, Virginia, Monday, November 9, 1936, page 2, coloumn 7 [edited] Mrs. Corrie Lovelace, 58, died Sunday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Willie May Crews, Spring Street, after an illness of several months. Funeral services were held Monday from the Townes Funeral Home. After the services the body was taken to Price, North Carolina for burial. She is survived by her husband, George Lovelace, five sisters, two brothers and three daughters. The sisters surviving are: Mrs. George C. Cay, Mrs. Della Nest, Mrs. Emma Thompson, Mrs. Ben Cobler and Mrs. Nannie Turner. The daughters are Mrs. Willie May Crews and Mrs. Francis Hodges. The brothers are Charles Draper and J. P. Draper. Mrs. Lovelace has lived in Martinsville for a number of years.
