Mrs. John Lovelace, 38, died at her home on River Road Friday from a short attack of paralysis of the brain.
Before marriage, Mrs. Lovelace was Miss Florence Draper, daughter of the late Peter Draper of the Reed Creek community.
Besides a husband and eight children, the deceased is survived by two brothers, John P. and Stephen T. Draper and five sisters, Mesdames Ben Cobler, T. G Lovelace, William Turner, Joseph Thomasson and Kirt West.
Funeral services were held at the residence Saturday afternoon by Dr. J. P. McCabe and burial was in the family burial grounds near Price, N. C.
