Mrs. Lena Mae Cokeley, age 74, of 1323 North 18th Street, Clarksburg, WV
passed away at her son's residence in Spelter, WV at 10:15 A.M. Saturday,
December 10, 2005 following an extended illness. She was born in Harrison
County, WV August 4, 1931 a daughter of the late Joseph McIntyre and Velma
Palmer McIntyre.

Her husband, Russell Earl Cokeley, whom she married November 7, 1947,
preceded her in death January 7, 1957.

Surviving are, one son and daughter-in-law, Michael "Mike" & Laurel "Sissy"
Cokeley, Spelter, WV, two daughters and sons-in-law, Mrs. Velma "Susie"
Cokeley-George and William "Bill" George, Clarksburg, WV and Mrs. Sandra "Sandy" Cokeley-Meredith and Robert "Bob" Meredith, Fairmont, WV, one
brother and sister-in-law, Cecil & Jackie McIntyre, Salem, WV and a sister,
Mrs. Hilda Kaska, Michigan, seven grandchildren, Melinda "Mindy" Alterson
& husband Dave Alterson, Cynthia "Cindy" Prunty & husband Bryan Prunty,
Jeremy Cokeley, Tracey Cokeley, Robert "Alex" Meredith, Carrie Shingleton,
Will Shingleton & wife Donna Shingleton, twelve great grandchildren, and several
nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Cokeley was also preceded in death by one brother and sister-in-law,
John "June" McIntrye and Daisy McIntrye.

Mrs. Cokeley was Baptist by faith, had been a member of the Lucinda Rose
Ladies Auxiliary of the Clarksburg V.F.W. Post # 573 and was a homemaker.

The family wishes to say a special "Thank You" to Tender Loving Care Home
Hospice Services of Bridgeport and to her care givers, Debbi, Traci, Amy
& Melissa.

Friends may call at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home 329 East Main Street,
Clarksburg from 2:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Monday, where a funeral service will be
held on Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend
Thomas P. Horne presiding. Interment will be in Bridgeport Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory
to Tender Loving Care Home Hospice, 119 Pennsylvania Avenue, Bridgeport, WV
26330.
