Mrs. Flora Handy, 45, wife of Elijah Z. Handy, passed away Sunday afternoon following a lingering illness.
Death was due to a complication of diseases.
Funeral services were held from the late home Monday.
Burial was made in Oakwood Cemetery.
Surviving is her husband and several children.
The deceased was a native of Grayson County, Va.
(She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bina Stergell of that county. ? ? ?)
She, with her family moved to Martinsville several years ago to make their home.
