Ethel Williams was the first of two children born to Nina O and Rogers McKinney, in Navasota, Texas. Mrs. Williams served humanity in many areas with emphasis on education, religion, and concern for others. She was a loving wife, mentor, and educator. She retired from the Ennis Independent School District in 1996. Ethel Williams is survived by her sister, nieces, nephews and friends from various cities within the United States. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Williams.
