She was born November 24, 1890, in Morgan Township, a daughter of B. F. and Sarah Clayton Lippencott.
Her husband, William H. Fulton, whom she married January 25, 1912, survives.
She resided all her life in Morgan Township. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, the Ladies' Aid Society of the church and the Polly Wayne Garden Club.
She is survived by two daughters, Sarah, wife of Chester Weaver, of Marianna, R. D. 1, and Ruth, wife of George Grimm, of Marianna, R. D. 1; one granddaughter, Mrs. Serena Ramsier, of Vienne, Va., and four great-grandchildren.
