Son of George Warren and Sarah (Sadie) Bell. Husband of Myrtle Chase, father of 8.∼William Warren, was born on September 14, 1911 in Washington, D.C. to George Warren and Sarah '' Sadie'' Bell, he was the eldest of two sons, his younger brother Ernest preceding him in death in 1946. His father died on June 22, 1923 when William was not yet twelve. He met Myrtle Chase, and on February 7, they applied for a license and they were united in Holy Matrimony on February 10, 1931, and they couple had five sons and three daughters. He worked for the PWA, and retired from there. In, 2003 he passed.
