Carla Jeanne Meade, 43, of Hi Hat, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at the Otter Creek Correctional Center.
Born June 30, 1964, in Green County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Rush and Justine Bates Meade. She was a secretary at Otter Creek Correctional Center.
Survivors include a daughter, Alanna Meade of Hi Hat; a brother, Thomas Ray Meade of Hi Hat; and nieces and nephews: Laura, Erica, Kasey, and Dewey.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 26, at 1 p.m., at the Pine Grove Baptist Church, in Hi Hat, with Rodney Mosley officiating.
Burial will be in the Buckingham Cemetery, in Bevinsville, under the direction of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin.
